In August 2008 Grammer was named as a defendant, along with Kevin Costner and Disney execs, in a lawsuit over the film Swing Vote.
The suit was filed by licensed screenwriter Bradley Blakeman
who claims he had given Grammer a script called Go November in 2006 and was left stunned when he saw the actor, two years later, in Swing Vote which is "extraordinary similar" to the script.
The claims against Costner and the Disney execs were dismissed which left Grammer as the only defendant.
Now it would seem, according to website TMZ.com, the case has finally been settled outside of court for the measley sum of £6.67!
If only Grammer had known Blakeman was so strapped for cash two years ago!
