The somewhat famous Abbey Road Studios in Liverpool have been listed as "grade II" buildings.
This news comes about a week after reports that EMI, the owners of the studio, were putting the studios up for sale.
Thankfully, the British Government have stepped in and give the studios the historical value it deserves.
The new grading means that the inside of the building can be changed but the outside must remain as it is.
Many top acts have recorded at Abbey Road including, Radiohead, Pink Floyd and perhaps most famously The Beatles.

EMI have since revealed that its intends to keep the facility as studios, but they are in talks with "interested parties" about plans to revitalize the studios.
