Apple have filed a law suit against HTC claiming they have violated 20 patents.
Head of Apple, Steve Jobs, has said,
"We can sit by and watch competitors steal our patented inventions, or we can do something about it. We've decided to do something about it"
And it seems they are doing something about it, filing 2 suits with the US International Trade Commission and the US District Court in Delaware.
HTC are so far to comment on the suit saying they have only heard of it through the media.
The patents in question are said to include multi-touch gestures such as, pinch to zoom and swipe to scroll which had been disabled on HTC phones using Google's Android operating system. However updates for the Google Nexus phone (made by HTC) had these features enabled.
